Question: Will I see a Nurse Practitioner or Physician?
All of your care is provided by board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Nurse practitioners are able assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, order labs and diagnostic tests, prescribe medication(s) and medical device(s), refer for further management, and educate with illness and plan of care.
Also, Nurse Practitioners are experts in health education and prevention, concerned with the well-being of the whole person rather than focusing on the disease process alone. Nurse practitioners are perfectly suited to bringing back the care to you!

Visits are scheduled by appointments. Need a after hours or weekend visit? Call or text for scheduling.

We treat teens and adult population.
Question: Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept all major health insurance. We do accept cash and Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
Question: Can you write for prescription medications?
Yes. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.
Question: Can you treat medical emergencies?
No, we are not equipped to handle any emergency conditions such as chest pain or pressure, shortness of breath, weakness, eye injuries, uncontrolled bleeding, severe headache or abdominal pain, confusion, altered mental status changes, head injuries, etc.
